looking for them. You have to
know your alphabet pretty
well to help him but there
is no rush so you can
take as much time
as you need.

You will have to know your ABC’s and your numbers
to find out who he is in this fun connect

Drawing Your ABC’s with Kat
Learning to Make My Letters
Choose any letter and Kat shows you how to draw it.
Just learning? Use a practice sheet with the dotted letters
for
 practice. After drawing a letter with Kat, click the “?”
above Kat to show some examples using the letter.
 Click
the “/\” arrow below the letter
to repeat the letter click the
“<” arrow and Kat will draw the lower case
(small version) of the letter.
  

Learning to identify letters
Kat Would Like to Hear Your ABC’s
Choose a letter to identify. Pass the cursor over the “?”
above Kat to hear the answer. (Note: Very slow on
dial-up service. Recommend using it only if you
have broadband or RoadRunner).

Learning to identify numbers
Learning to Make My Numbers with Kat
Choose any number on the top and Kat will draw it from one
through ten. Choose any bottom number and practice
reciting 11 through 100. Choose a number
on the bottom line to get a feel for it.

Learning to tell time
Learning to Tell Time with Kat
Click any number to set the MINUTE hand, then, click
any box to set the HOUR hand. What time is it? Check
your answer with Kat by clicking on his “What time is it?”
question. Listen carefully for some of Kat’s barnyard friends!

Use Kat’s Very Own Practice Sheets
There are several different sheets and you can print the one(s)
you need. The sheets can be printed and used alone for
practice if there is no easy access to a computer.
